The EverBeing C-2-RF model is the worlds smallest probe station equipped with the same features as EverBeing full-size probe stations. It is ideal for DC and RF applications for samples of 2” or less up to 70GHz. Components such as the raised platen, coaxial X-Y stage and digital microscope mount are included with the system. It is the smallest and most affordable EverBeing probe station. Suitable for 4 port measurement North, South, East, West plus two DC bias probes.

The Everbeing EB-Series probe stations are designed for DC, RF, Fibre and mmWave probing. The heavier base offers a lower centre of gravity for improved stability and is supplied with a thicker platen to allow probe cards to be fitted. The EB series is available in 4-12 inch (100-300mm) contains features to step-up your usability to acquire the accurate data you need from your devices. Four models are available EB-4, EB-6, EB-8, EB-12 with optional Hot chuck, standard or enhanced coaxial or triaxial isolation for low noise measurements.

EverBeing offer a range of Millimeter-Wave Probe Stations for precise integration with your existing Vector Network Analysers (VNA), wave guides and frequency extenders from leading brands like Anritsu, Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, VDI, OML. Two models are available EB-6A and EB-6V to accommodate the different sizes of waveguides and frequency extenders you prefer. The EB-6V is designed to work with Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, VDI, and OML mmWave frequency extender modules. The EB-6A is designed specifically to work with Anritsu range of equipment and frequency extender modules.

C series Photonics probe station is an extension of the C-series station and integrates micropositioners specific for fiber alignment. Control your fiber in both roll and pitch axes to carefully align your fiber to your sample. With the EB-005 200 TPI micropositioner, you can adjust with 0.3 µm resolution. A separate bracket is available for edge emitting setups. They are many models in this series, starting at 2 inch chuck to 8 inch C2, C4, C6 and C8. The Chamber Plus probe station offers a sealed environment for an oxygen-free environment and double as a Faraday cage enclosure for extreme limits for probing. While the DUT is enclosed within the chamber, all probing operations such as chuck stage movement, micropositioning, are still readily available. With this product you can achieve the following into your test: Temperature range within -60˚C to 400˚C (Optional 500˚C from RT) Low leakage currents down to 20 fA RF probing up to 67 GHz or higher depending on VNA

EverBeing offer two versions of the Cryogenic probe station. The CG-196 allows vacuum to 10-3 Torr, probing down to 80K or the new CG-263 with vacuum to 10-6 Torr and probing down to 4K. Options for high temperature probing up to 1273K for characterising your devices at extreme temperatures, vacuum, specific gas, etc.

Everbeing’s four point probe uses the four co-linear probes on contact to determine the sheet resistance of your wafer or thin films. The method uses the four terminal sensing or “Kelvin” approach by using separate junctions for voltage and current instead of through the same connection. As a result, internal resistance, lead or contact resistance is reduced and lower ohm values can be read.
