Measurement of LED/Micro LED
The probe lights up the LED, Micro LED with a size of 5 microns and a structure resembling a bump ball.
The XY axis of the micropositioner EB-050 can be moved by a small step, and the target object can be found in the correct position at once. In addition, the probe can also slide downwards on the spherical surface to obtain appropriate contact stress. A set of microscopes can be directly mounted on the probe station, and the light can be sent to the microscope eyepiece or the third hole receiver for spectral intensity and wavelength analysis outside of telecommunication measurement.
